Janira joined Pérez-Llorca in 2025. Previously, he worked in the Corporate Tax department of the insurance and financial sector of a big four firm in Madrid and, before that, in that firm’s Corporate/M&A department.

Experience
Janira is part of the Tax department and has experience in providing tax advice on M&A transactions, focusing on the tax planning and structuring of transactions, conducting due diligence processes, drafting recommendations for SPAs and coordinating their proper tax implementation after closing, both in domestic and international transactions.
She also has experience in international taxation, especially in the analysis of transactions with cross-border components, as well as in providing ongoing tax advice to entities and corporate groups in the financial, insurance and asset management sectors, covering both direct and indirect taxation issues.
