Ángela joined Pérez-Llorca in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at a prestigious national law firm for two years, combining Corporate/M&A practice with Banking and Finance practice in Madrid.

Experience

Currently, Ángela is part of Pérez-Llorca’s Insurance and Reinsurance practice area, where she advises domestic and international clients on M&A transactions, including insurance and reinsurance companies, as well as insurance brokers.

Previously, Ángela worked in a Spanish law firm advising on corporate and contractual matters, particularly on mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings, both with domestic and international clients. She has also worked in the Banking/Finance area, participating in corporate financings, as well as in debt refinancing and restructuring transactions.
