Ana is a lawyer in Pérez-Llorca’s commercial practice area, which she joined in January 2026.

Prior to her arrival at the firm, she spent over two years in the Corporate/M&A department of a Big Four firm, as well as for more than a year in national and international law firms of recognised prestige.

• 2022 Master’s degree in Corporate Law, Instituto de Estudios Cajasol
• 2021 Joint honours degree in Law and Business Administration (Bilingual), Universidad Pablo de Olavide

She speaks Spanish and English.

Ana is part of Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate/M&A team, where she provides specialised legal advice to domestic and international clients on commercial, contractual and corporate law matters, as well as on mergers and acquisitions.
