Lucía Alegre joined Pérez-Llorca in January 2026. Prior to this, she worked in the Corporate/M&A department of the Madrid office of a well-known international firm.

Experience

Lucía works in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate/M&A practice. She has experience advising domestic and international clients from various sectors on corporate and contractual matters. She has also participated in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, private equity transactions and strategic alliances, including transactions in regulated sectors such as financial services and real estate, including SOCIMIs.
