Carlos joined Pérez-Llorca in 2021 after over three and a half years of experience providing advice in the Corporate and M&A department of a Big Four firm. Between October 2025 and March 2026, Carlos worked on a temporary basis as a seconded associate in the Corporate and M&A team in a law firm in London.

Studies:

• 2018 — Joint Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession and in Corporate Tax and Legal Advice, IE Law School
• 2017 — Joint honours degree in Law and Business Administration, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid

He speaks Spanish and English.

Experience

Carlos specialises in commercial law. He has provided ongoing advice on commercial, corporate and contractual matters to domestic and international clients and has been involved in investment processes, mergers, acquisitions and restructurings both locally and in cross-border transactions.

Carlos has also provided ongoing advice to domestic and international clients on drafting and negotiating turnkey contracts for the construction of renewable energy projects.
