Experience

Jesús is a senior associate in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate practice area, in the Barcelona office, having previously spent part of his career in the firm’s Madrid and New York offices.

Jesús advises domestic and international clients on M&A, finance and real estate transactions, with a growing specialisation in the sports sector. In this field, he regularly advises on transactions relating to the sports industry, including investment and financing deals involving clubs, sports stadiums and other related assets, both domestically and in cross-border transactions.

He also has extensive experience in complex corporate and property transactions, having advised on all stages of acquisition, divestment and financing processes.

Academic and publishing collaborations

Jesús contributes to editorial activities, having published several articles and legal briefings on current and legally significant issues in his area of expertise.
