Alejandro joined Pérez-Llorca bringing more than 20 years of experience in M&A with special focus on Energy and Infrastructure (E&I).

Prior to Perez-Llorca Alejandro was one of the leading lawyers in the E&I team from a renowned international law firm.

He speaks Spanish and English. He also reads and understands French.

Experience

Alejandro Alberte has extensive experience in advising on all types of corporate transactions (LBOs, MBOs, mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and joint ventures), mainly with an international component.

He has also developed a strong energy and infrastructure practice, with a particular focus on investment funds and big corporates in these sectors, with extensive experience advising on complex energy and infrastructures transactions across multiple jurisdictions as well on structuring and negotiating M&A deals involving regulated assets and strategic investments in the E&I sector, becoming a reference in the Spanish legal M&A Energy and Infrastructure space.

He is often a visiting lecturer in post-graduate and masters’ programs, author of various academic articles and regular speaker at conferences.
