Michelle joined Pérez-Llorca in 2024, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Prior to this, she completed work experience in both a domestic firm and an international firm.

Experience

Currently, Michelle is part of the Intellectual Property and Technology practice, where she advises domestic and international clients on data protection, intellectual property, technology, e-commerce and artificial intelligence.

Her practice covers national and European data protection regulations, including the assessment of data flows and data processing and assistance in sanctioning procedures before the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos). She also works on intellectual property projects related to the protection of different types of intangibles and has experience in contractual and litigation advice.

She also participates in due diligence processes for both domestic and international companies.

Prior to this, as part of the firm’s seat system, Michelle worked in the Employment, Compensation and Benefits practice area.
