Fernando Quintana joined Pérez-Llorca in September 2025. Prior to this, he worked in the Corporate department of the Madrid office of a well-known international firm.

He speaks Spanish and English.

Experience

Fernando works in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate/M&A practice. He has experience advising Spanish and international clients from different sectors on general aspects of commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, venture capital, strategic alliances and capital markets transactions.

Fernando was on secondment at the Investment Banking and Capital Markets Division of Credit Suisse, where he provided legal advice on various corporate matters.
