Alejandro specializes in mergers and acquisitions and structured financing.

He joined Pérez-Llorca in 2025, having previously worked at González Calvillo (now Pérez-Llorca) between 2019 and 2023.

From 2023 to 2025, Alejandro worked as a Foreign Associate in the New York offices of two leading international law firms, where he advised on complex domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions. Earlier in his career, he was a member of the corporate and transactional practice of a leading Mexican law firm in Mexico City from 2013 to 2018, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.

Experience

Alejandro has more than 12 years of experience advising Mexican and international clients on domestic and cross-border transactions. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and exits, joint ventures and strategic transactions, as well as acquisition and leveraged financing and corporate restructurings. He regularly represents multinational corporations, financial sponsors and Mexican companies across a wide range of industries, with particular experience in complex cross-border structures involving Mexico and the United States.
