Alfonso joined Pérez-Llorca in November 2025.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the financial and institutional regulatory field, participating in the structuring and analysis of investment vehicles (FICC, FCR, FIL and ELTIF) and in the creation of national and international funds and fund managers. He also gained experience in capital markets transactions, M&A and corporate finance at a major Spanish law firm, as well as in the legal department of a listed company in the energy sector.

Experience

His professional activity is focused on regulatory and financial advice, with a focus on structuring, analysing and creating investment vehicles (FICC, FCR, FIL and ELTIF, among others) managed by national and international management companies. He has been involved in the creation of alternative funds in Luxembourg and in the development of new business lines for financial institutions, including authorisation and registration processes for investment firms and fund managers.

He has also been involved in corporate and financing operations, IPOs and M&A transactions, collaborating in due diligence and in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.

His experience includes advising supervised entities as well as collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on investment, regulatory and corporate strategy projects.
