Amin joined Pérez-Llorca in 2025, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Prior to this, he completed training placements at a nationally recognised law firm and a public authority agency.

Experience
n currently works in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate/M&A practice. Since joining the firm, he has advised on various mergers and acquisitions (M&A) for national and international clients, with a particular focus on private equity transactions.
Prior to this, during his seats, he worked in the Public and Regulated Sectors practice, where he advised domestic and international companies in the energy and natural resources sectors.
He also worked in the Land Planning and Environment practice, where he participated in administrative proceedings and proceedings before the jurisdiction of the contentious-administrative courts, as well as in due diligence processes in land planning, environmental and regulatory matters.
