Experience

Ángel has extensive experience advising financial institutions, private equity and investment funds, and listed and non-listed national and international investors on the full range of domestic and cross-border corporate, private equity and capital markets transactions. His advice covers transaction structuring, legal and regulatory due diligence, drafting and negotiating share and asset purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements and joint venture arrangements, as well as capital markets transactions including capital increases, issuance and placement of equity securities, acquisitions and disposals of significant listed shareholdings, public takeover bids, public offerings for the sale and/or subscription of shares, corporate governance matters for listed companies and ongoing interaction with securities regulators. He regularly leads complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and advising boards, shareholders and senior management throughout the entire lifecycle of the transaction.
