Anna joined Pérez-Llorca in May 2025 and is part of the firm’s Intellectual Property practice area. Her professional practice focuses on strategic advice on trademarks, designs, advertising and unfair competition, with special emphasis on the management, protection and defence of portfolios of intellectual property rights, both domestically and internationally.
She has solid experience in providing comprehensive advice to companies from different sectors on the protection and use of their intangible assets. She regularly participates in administrative proceedings before national and international offices, as well as in legal proceedings in the field of intellectual property and unfair competition.

She speaks Catalan, Spanish and English.
Experience
Prior to joining Pérez-Llorca, Anna worked for more than ten years in a firm specialising in intellectual property. Throughout this period, she acquired extensive experience advising domestic and international companies on the strategic management of their intangible assets, particularly in relation to trademarks, designs and domain names.
She has also been involved in numerous proceedings related to the dispute resolution, both in and out of court, in the field of intellectual property and unfair competition.
