Caetana joined Pérez-Llorca in 2025 as a lawyer in the Lisbon office’s Litigation and Arbitration practice. Throughout her career she has advised clients from various sectors in different types of litigation and at all stages of the litigation process.

• 2024 – Postgraduate Course in Contractual Litigation, Mediation, and Arbitration, Faculty of Law, Portuguese Catholic University (Lisbon School).

She speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Experience

Prior to joining Pérez-Llorca, Caetana was a lawyer in the Dispute Resolution department of one of Portugal’s leading law firms in Lisbon.

She has been active in the areas of civil, commercial and corporate litigation, advising domestic and international clients from different sectors on a wide range of disputes and at all stages of the litigation process, including the pre-litigation phase.
