Cristina joined Pérez-Llorca in 2025 as a Senior International Counsel in the Lisbon office’s Corporate, Private Equity and Infrastructure practice areas.

Cristina strengthens the firm’s cross-border advisory services, with a special focus on strategic connections with Brazil and other emerging markets.

Studies:

• 2005 Law Degree, Faculty of Law, Universidade de São Paulo (USP)

She is fluent in both Portuguese and English.

Experience

Cristina has 20 years of experience in alternative investments, having worked in one of the largest and most renowned private equity and infrastructure management companies in Latin America.

Throughout her career, she has been involved in all phases of the investment cycle: fund structuring, capital raising, investment and divestment transactions, as well as the monitoring and development of portfolio companies.

Her experience also includes the definition of governance, risk management and compliance models in sectors such as logistics, energy, transport and pharmaceuticals in various Latin American markets.
