Cristina Moles joined Pérez-Llorca as an associate in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in a Spanish law firm and in the Intellectual Property and Technology department of a prestigious international law firm.

Experience
Cristina is part of the Intellectual Property and Technology practice area, where she advises domestic and international clients on matters related to trademarks, patents, designs, copyrights, trade secrets, unfair competition, advertising and new technologies. Her practice covers all sectors of economic activity, providing comprehensive advice in judicial and extrajudicial disputes as well as in contractual aspects and transactional operations related to these areas.
Cristina also has solid experience in the management and international coordination of trademark portfolios, specialised handling of proceedings before the SPTO and the EUIPO, as well as litigation in trademark and design counterfeiting matters.
