Eva Rodríguez joined Pérez-Llorca in September 2025. Prior to this, she worked as a lawyer in two Spanish firms.

• 2019 Joint Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession and Legal Advice and Consulting – Employment Law, Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, in collaboration with the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE)
• 2017 Joint Honours degree in Law and Political Science and Public Administration, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid

She speaks Spanish and English.

Experience

Eva is a senior lawyer specialising in employment and social security law.

She provides services in different areas of employment law, including the procedural and advisory field, collective bargaining (restructuring, collective agreement negotiations, equality plans, etc.), legal audits (due diligence) and ongoing advice to clients on matters such as sanctions and dismissals, claims for rights and amounts, work/life balance, substantial modification of working conditions and geographic mobility, company successions, senior management, social security in terms of benefits (benefit surcharges, disability, etc.), collective disputes and harassment in the workplace.

Eva frequently appears before administrative bodies and before the labour courts, providing legal assistance and representation at all instances.

She also received the FORELAB Jóvenes Laboralistas 2024 award for her research paper entitled: “Jubilación del empresario persona física y apertura del periodo de consultas cuando se superen los umbrales numéricos de extinciones que dan lugar a un despido colectivo. ¿Un ensamblaje posible?”.
