Felipe Ramírez joined Pérez-Llorca in 2012.

In 2019 he went on secondment to a London-based international firm. In 2025 he also went on secondment as legal and compliance director at an hotel platform of a global leading investment company in Spain.

Experience

Felipe specialises in corporate and finance law and has extensive experience in complex real estate and corporate transactions across all asset classes including office buildings, retail centers, industrial facilities, residential developments, hotels, and logistics platforms. His expertise encompasses the full spectrum of real estate transactions from acquisitions and disposals to development projects, construction financing, and refinancing structures.

Felipe has successfully advised on transactions involving diverse asset types such as prime commercial properties, mixed-use developments, student housing, senior living facilities, and alternative investments including data centres and renewable energy projects. His client base spans family offices, institutional investors, investment funds, private equity firms, REITs, financial entities, pension funds, and sovereign wealth funds. Felipe’s practice includes structuring joint ventures, sale-and-leaseback arrangements, forward funding agreements, and complex cross-border transactions.

Academic and publishing collaborations

Felipe lectured on the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession at both the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and the ISDE.
