Hoda joined Pérez-Llorca in 2025 as a lawyer in the Legal Tech and Digital Transformation practice.

Prior to this, she worked in the legal department of an IBEX-35 company.

Studies:

• 2025 Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession, Universidad Carlos III de Madrid
• 2023 Degree in Law, Universidad Complutense de Madrid

She speaks Spanish and English. She also speaks Arabic and Italian.

Experience

Currently, Hoda is part of the Legal Tech and Digital Transformation team, where she collaborates on initiatives aimed at innovation, digitisation of processes and implementation of technological solutions that contribute to operational efficiency and improvement of legal roles.

Previously, Hoda has been involved in digital transformation and knowledge management projects, as well as in the design, implementation and management of internal technological tools aimed at optimising the activity of legal departments. She has also advised on corporate law and corporate governance matters, and has participated in the coordination and management of boards of directors and their committees.
