Ignacio joined Pérez-Llorca in 2024.

Prior to this, he gained work experience in the firm’s Corporate/M&A practice area as part of the Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession, completing specialised seats in Capital Markets and Private Equity. He also worked in London as legal counsel in a major investment firm and as a legal consultant in an international law firm. His practical training also includes placements in leading national and international law firms in Madrid.

Experience

Ignacio works in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate/M&A practice.

Since joining the firm, he has advised on various mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate restructurings for domestic and international clients, with a particular focus on the private equity sector. He also works regularly on corporate law and corporate governance matters.

Previously, he supported the Capital Markets team by advising listed companies on M&A transactions.
