Josep Joan joined Pérez-Llorca in 2024, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Initially, he worked in the Barcelona office, later moving to the Madrid office, where he continues to develop his professional career.

Experience

Currently, Josep Joan works in Pérez-Llorca’s Employment, Compensation and Benefits practice area, where he provides comprehensive advice to clients on employment law matters and actively collaborates in legal audits (due diligence) of both national and international companies.

His professional practice encompasses specialised advice on dismissals, deferrals of Social Security debt, claims for payment, claims for rights, senior management, sanctions, substantial changes in working conditions and business succession. He also participates in collective bargaining procedures.

In addition, he provides legal assistance in administrative conciliations before the Mediation, Arbitration and Conciliation Service (SMAC).
