Profile

Matilde joined Pérez-Llorca as a lawyer in 2025, working in the Banking and Finance practice area. Prior to this, she was part of the Banking, Finance and Capital Markets department of a prestigious international law firm. She also worked as a lawyer in the Behavioural Supervision Department of the Bank of Portugal.

Studies:

• 2021 — LL.M. in International Business Law, Tilburg University.
• 2020 — Degree in Law, Universidade Nova de Lisboa.

She speaks Portuguese and English.

Experience

Matilde works in the areas of banking and financial law, providing legal advice to clients on prudential and behavioural supervision of credit institutions, banks, credit intermediaries, payment institutions and financial companies. In addition, Matilde has experience in setting up collective investment schemes, as well as in providing legal advice to collective investment scheme management companies and investment firms.
