Mónica joined Pérez-Llorca in 2025. Prior to this, she spent four years working at two international law firms, where she developed her professional career specialising in insolvency and restructuring law, as well as litigation and corporate law.

Experience

She has advised clients on restructuring processes and insolvency proceedings, from both the debtor’s and creditor’s point of view. In particular, she has had the opportunity to advise a wide range of clients, including banks, national and international investment funds and corporate groups. In recent years, his experience has focused on challenging restructuring plans and on the arrangement, qualification and liquidation phases of insolvency proceedings.

She has also been involved in advising clients on contractual matters and has extensive courtroom experience.
