Profile

Nasif Hamed joined Pérez-Llorca in 2014 and became a partner of the Corporate practice in 2022. Prior to this, he worked at a prestigious international law firm and green consulting firm.

Experience

Nasif is a partner in the Corporate/M&A practice at Pérez-Llorca, where he advises leading domestic and international clients on complex corporate and transactional matters. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, corporate restructurings, and cross- border transactions, as well as in the design and negotiation of shareholders’ agreements and investment structures across a wide range of sectors.

Over his career, Nasif has acted for large industrial groups, infrastructure operators, and financial investors, and private equity firms, guiding them through high-value and strategically significant deals, both in Spain and abroad. He also regularly assists clients on capital markets and corporate governance matters.

In recent years, he has been particularly active in renewable energy and infrastructure transactions, advising on the investment and divestment of large-scale energy platforms and assets, and contributing to the consolidation of the Spanish energy transition sector.

Academic and Publishing Collaborations

Nasif is a regular lecturer in Commercial and Corporate Law for the Master’s Degree in Business Law at both Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE).

He frequently collaborates with legal and economic publications, such as: Solar Power: A Practical Handbook; Cuadernos de Derecho para Ingenieros; Práctica Mercantil para Abogados.

He is also actively involved in pro bono initiatives and corporate social responsibility projects, mentoring young lawyers.
