Rafaella joined Pérez-Llorca in 2024 to complete work experience as part of her Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Prior to starting at the firm as an associate, she interned in the firm’s Banking and Finance practice area, as well as in the Finance and Insolvency Law department of another well-known Spanish law firm.

Studies:

• 2023 — Joint Honours degree in Law and Economics, Universidad de Navarra.
• 2022 — International Exchange Programme, Yonsei University, South Korea.

She speaks Spanish and English.

Experience

Rafaella specialises in commercial and real estate law and has experience advising national and international clients on a wide range of real estate, corporate and financial transactions.

Previously, as part of Pérez-Llorca’s seat programme, Rafaella worked in the firm’s Corporate/M&A and Banking and Finance practice area.
