Sofía joined Pérez-Llorca in October 2025. She has previous experience in the areas of administrative and environmental law and in an international law firm.

Studies:

• 2024 — Master’s degree in Bilingual Legal Advice, Instituto de Empresa.
• 2024 — Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession, Instituto de Empresa.
• 2022 — Degree in Law, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.

She speaks Spanish, English and French.

Experience

Sofía is a member of Pérez-Llorca’s Land Planning and Environment practice area, advising on matters including the following:

• Legal review (due diligence) in land planning and environmental matters, by analysing the legal and administrative situation of land and facilities, energy and industrial projects, etc., as well as the feasibility of actions, extensions or modifications to energy facilities and industrial assets, within the framework of operations and investment projects.
• Drafting, reviewing and monitoring the processing of planning instruments and their modifications, land development management and execution.
• Advising on administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings in land planning, environment and energy matters, including drafting writs, administrative appeals and pleadings.
• Analysing the sectoral and environmental regulations applicable to different projects, with special attention to the processing of environmental authorisations (AAI, EIA, etc.) and permits required for the implementation of projects.
• Supporting the processing and monitoring of administrative files related to the execution of urban development projects, infrastructures and environmental actions.
• Providing specific legal advice in relation to the regulatory and planning feasibility of corporate transactions.
