    Pérez-Llorca named Iberia Legal Adviser of the Year at the Mergermarket Awards 2025

    Yesterday Mergermarket, the world’s leading rankings and analysis platform for corporate and M&A transactions, held the Mergermarket European M&A Awards 2025, where Pérez-Llorca was named Iberia Legal Adviser of the Year, an award that recognises the performance over the past year in the M&A market in Spain and Portugal.

    This accolade serves to confirm our importance in the Iberian legal market, as well as the strength of our M&A advisory services.

    Javier Carvajal, Alejandro Osma, Álvaro Ramírez de Haro and Constanza Vergara accepted the award at the event, which was also attended by Melchor Álvarez de Mon, Manuel Cordeiro, Florence Legeay, José Luis Romeu, Laia Giner and Paola Olaso.

    The awards ceremony took place at the Natural History Museum in London and brought together leading European law firms.
