HR Executive

We are looking for a person for People Analytics, Staffing and Projects in the Human Resources team.

Requirements

  • Degree in Law, Business Administration, Psychology or similar.
  • Knowledge using Excel, SuccessFactors, Power BI.
  • Training in People Analytics (analysis, reporting, efficiency).
  • At least two years of experience in an HR Department performing the functions described below.

 

Role

  • Coordinating the firm’s work teams in assigning matters taking into account the workload, required specialisms and the needs of the lawyer’s development.
  • Identifying over- or under-utilisation of talent, enabling the optimisation of work teams.
  • Working on developing and designing processes for the firm’s matters from start to finish, following up and ensuring profit margins.
  • Designing and analysing KPIs related to People Analytics to help the efficiency of the firm with respect to talent.
  • Participating in the implementation and evolution of SuccessFactors projects (Performance and Annual Leave).
  • Collaborating on Employee Experience projects: designing and coordinating climate surveys and participating in planning actions to improve employee engagement.
  • Designing, analysing and producing Power BI reports related to People Analytics linked to Talent and business.
