    Collections Executive

     

    Requirements

     

    • Professional training qualification in Administration and Finance.
    • At least five years of experience in an multinational accounting department managing collections
    • Experience contacting clients for collections, both in writing and by telephone.
    • Advanced Excel skills.
    • High level of spoken and written English (Advanced or equivalent).
    • Knowledge of Portuguese would be an asset.
    • Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and analytical skills.

    What we offer

     

    • Registering collections and confirming clients.
    • Account reconciliation.
    • Various reports (pending collection, invoice issued, etc).
    • Providing support in client billing platforms.
    • Collection procedures.
    • Periodic debt review with the relevant partner.
