Rita dos Reis Louro joined Pérez-Llorca in 2026 as a lawyer in the Employment, Compensation and Benefits practice in the Lisbon office.

Before joining Pérez-Llorca, she was an associate at renowned international firms and worked as an in-house lawyer in the Human Resources/Employment Relationships area of a multinational company in the retail sector.

• 2017 — Master’s degree in Labour Sciences and Employment Relationships, ISCTE

Experience

Rita has more than 10 years of experience advising national and international companies operating in a wide variety of sectors on all areas of labour law.

Her practice covers advice on day-to-day employment law issues, labour litigation, corporate restructuring, disciplinary and administrative procedures, collective bargaining, social security, developing human resources policies such as remuneration systems and fringe benefits, as well as employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions, asset sales and due diligence.
