África joined Pérez-Llorca in 2022 to complete work experience as part of her Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Prior to joining the firm, África worked in the Competition and EU Law department of a well-known Spanish law firm and in the Compliance department of a Spanish company. During her seats within the firm, she worked in the areas of Banking and Finance, Corporate/M&A and Real Estate.

Experience

África is part of the firm’s Banking and Finance practice, where she advises domestic and international clients on corporate finance, acquisition finance, project finance, real estate finance and debt restructuring. She also advises on debt instrument issuance transactions, including asset securitisations and bond issues, among others.

África has experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, having advised on corporate, contractual and commercial matters.
