Profile

Aitor joined Pérez-Llorca in 2021. Prior to this, Aitor completed work experience in two well-known Spanish law firms and in legal banking consultancy.

Studies:

• 2021 Joint Master’s degree in Corporate Law and for Access to the Legal Profession, IE Law School
• 2019 Joint Honours degree in Law and International Relations, Universidad de Deusto

He speaks Spanish and English. He also speaks French and Basque.

Experience

Aitor is currently a member of the Public Law and Litigation practice area. He specialises in advising on civil, commercial and contentious-administrative litigation, as well as public law and European Union law.

In the field of Litigation, Aitor advises domestic and international clients on all types of legal proceedings, both in civil and contentious-administrative matters. Aitor has extensive experience in the defence of our clients’ interests before the courts and tribunals of Spain.

In the field of public law, Aitor also advises domestic and international clients on all types of matters related to public and European Union law in a wide range of regulated sectors, including the financial, aeronautical, energy, transport and construction sectors. His activity is focused on advising on regulatory matters, as well as on all types of administrative and sanctioning procedures.
