Experience

The firm provides advice on both litigation and non-litigation related matters relating to information technology, audiovisual law, copyright, digital law and data protection, image rights, trade marks and unfair competition, including advice on administrative proceedings before various national and international authorities (CNMC, AEPD, OEPM and EUIPO). He has advised both large multinational and domestic companies, as well as start-ups, on matters including strategic development, protection and transfer of intangible assets.

Antonio also has extensive experience in advising on and negotiating a wide variety of contracts (ranging from software licences and software development agreements to contracts for the production of audiovisual content and contracts for the acquisition of audiovisual content for platforms) and in providing regulatory advice to clients on matters relating to the audiovisual sector and intellectual property.

Academic and publishing collaborations

Antonio has lectured at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and at the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE).
