Profile

Beatriz joined Pérez-Llorca as an associate in 2024, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. She gained experience in the firm’s Corporate/M&A and Banking and Finance practice areas. Prior to this, Beatriz worked in the legal department of a prestigious Spanish firm.

Experience

Beatriz is currently part of the firm’s Corporate/M&A practice area, where she collaborates on advising both national and international clients on corporate, contractual and commercial matters and, mainly, on mergers and acquisitions and company restructurings.

Prior to this, during her seats at the firm, Beatriz worked in the firm’s Banking and Finance practice area, taking part in corporate financings, asset acquisition and project financings and refinancings.
