Profile
Belén joined Pérez-Llorca in 2020 and is part of Pérez-Llorca’s Litigation and Arbitration practice area. Her professional experience focuses on commercial litigation before the Spanish courts and tribunals, as well as in domestic and international arbitrations. Prior to joining, Belén completed work experience at a legal institution abroad.

Experience
Belén has experience in complex civil and commercial disputes, both before the ordinary courts and in domestic and international arbitration proceedings, in matters related to banking law, contract law, corporate law and insolvency law, among others. She also has experience in the public and private enforcement of competition law.
