Carlos joined Pérez-Llorca in 2021 after a year and a half of experience as a lawyer in the Corporate/M&A department of an international firm. Prior to this, he worked in the Corporate area of a Spanish firm.

Studies:

• 2017 Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession specialising in Business Law, Centro de Estudios Garrigues
• 2016 Degree in Law with a certificate in Business Law (E1-N), Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE)

He speaks Spanish and English.

Experience

Carlos specialises in corporate law, advising both domestic and international clients on corporate and commercial matters. Likewise, he has collaborated on sale and purchase transactions of companies and assets.
