Carlota joined Pérez-Llorca in 2023 after an internship in the Barcelona office.

Studies:

• 2023 Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession with a specialisation in International Business Law, ESADE Law School, Universitat Ramón Llull
• 2022 Degree in Law, Universitat Pompeu Fabra de Barcelona

She speaks Spanish, English, Catalan and French.

Experience

Carlota currently works in the Corporate and Real Estate practice area of Pérez-Llorca’s Barcelona office, and advises domestic and international clients regarding commercial and corporate transactions. Prior to this, Carlota also provided support to the firm’s Land Planning and Environment team.
