Clàudia joined Pérez-Llorca in March 2023. Prior to this, she worked in the Litigation and Arbitration practice at a prestigious Spanish firm.

Experience

Clàudia is a member of Pérez-Llorca’s Intellectual Property and Technology practice, where she advises domestic and international clients on matters relating to trademarks, patents, designs, copyrights, trade secrets, unfair competition, advertising, and new technologies. Her practice spans all sectors of economic activity, and she provides comprehensive advice on both judicial and out-of-court proceedings, as well as on contractual matters and transactions related to these areas, with a particular focus on litigation.

Clàudia combines her prior experience in the Litigation and Arbitration practice with an outstanding track record in resolving disputes involving intellectual property, industrial property, and technology. This dual specialisation allows her to approach disputes from a thorough, litigation-based perspective which is tailored to the technical and strategic complexity that characterises these types of legal proceedings. She has experience in key sectors such as fashion and luxury, cosmetics and fragrances, personal care, food and beverages, technology, consumer goods and the internet, hospitality, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, as well as emerging energy technologies.
