Profile

Cristina Duch joined Pérez-Llorca in 2025 as a partner in the Intellectual Property and Technology practice. She has more than 25 years of experience and, before joining our firm, worked in a leading international law firm for almost 20 years.

Studies:

• 2006 – Industrial Property Agent.
• 1993 – Postgraduate degree in European Studies, Katholieke Universiteit Brabant, the Netherlands.
• 1992 – Degree in Law, Universitat de Barcelona.

She speaks Spanish, Catalan, English and French.

Experience

Cristina has extensive experience in strategic advice on trademarks, patents, copyright, designs, unfair competition, advertising and trade secrets. She is a member of the Official Association of Industrial Property Agents.

Her expertise covers key sectors such as fashion, luxury, cosmetics and fragrances, personal care, food and drink, technology, consumer goods and the internet, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, biotech and new energy. In addition, she combines her technical expertise in the field of consultancy and contracting with outstanding litigation experience before national and EU courts and before national and European IP institutions.

She is an active member of leading international organisations in the field of intellectual property such as the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the Spanish Group of AIPPI (the International Association for the Protection of Industrial Property), among others.
