Cristina joined Pérez-Llorca in 2026. Prior to this, she spent a number of years working in the Banking and Finance law practice of a prestigious international law firm.

Experience

Cristina specialises in banking and finance law. She advises banks, financial institutions, investment funds and companies on national and international transactions, including leveraged buy-outs (LBOs), corporate finance, project finance, real estate finance and refinancing and debt restructuring transactions.
