Experience

Daniel is a specialist in management and inspection procedures in relation to the Tax Authorities, and has been involved in the preparation of numerous appeals and complaints before the ordinary courts and the economic administrative courts against acts issued by the Tax Authorities. He also provides ongoing advice to national and international clients in relation to tax matters arising from their business activity and has taken part in corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and the design of efficient tax structures, both nationally and internationally.

Academic and Publishing Collaborations

Daniel has lectured on various Master’s degree programmes and written various articles related to his area of expertise in specialist press publications.
