Eduardo joined Pérez-Llorca in 2024, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Prior to this, he completed work experience at a prestigious Spanish firm.

Experience

Eduardo works in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate/Real Estate practice area and specialises in commercial and real estate law.

Eduardo specialises in advising national and international clients on all types of commercial and real estate matters and transactions, including the structuring of real estate investments and divestments, joint ventures, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, the purchase and transfer of real estate assets, sale and leasebacks, leases, real estate developments, forward funding, etc., as well as transactions related to the tourism, logistics and retail sectors.

Likewise, Eduardo advises domestic and international clients, including investment funds, developers, SOCIMIs, financial institutions and family offices.

Previously, as part of Pérez-Llorca’s seat programme, Eduardo gained experience in the firm’s Land Planning practice area.
