Profile

Elena joined Pérez-Llorca in 2023, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Prior to this, Elena completed training internships in the litigation departments of two prestigious national law firms and in a Big Four firm.

Experience

Elena is currently working in Pérez-Llorca’s Competition Law practice area. She provides advice in relation to conduct constituting cartels, vertical agreements which restrict competition, unfair competition and other competition infringements. In particular, Elena advises on the litigation of antitrust damages.

Previously, Elena worked with the Corporate and Real Estate team on M&A, real estate and corporate transactions.
