Guillermo Oliver joined Pérez-Llorca in 2025. Prior to this, he completed internships in the tax departments of several international law firms.

Studies:

• 2024 — Joint Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession and the Public Prosector’s Office and Tax Advice, Universidad de Navarra.
• 2023 — Joint Honours degree in Law and Business Administration, Universidad de Navarra.

He speaks Spanish, English and Catalan.

Experience

Guillermo currently works in Pérez-Llorca’s Tax practice, preparing tax due diligence reports, both on purchase and sale processes, as well as reviewing SPA contracts. He has experience designing tax structures aimed at the optimising the international tax of business groups and reviewing financing contracts. Additionally, he drafts and reviews legal documents, as well as responding to queries and researching case law to support administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings.

Lastly, he also prepares reports on tax lease structures and other tax matters, and provides Spanish and international entities with ongoing advice on tax obligations.
