Profile 

Ignacio de Benito joined Pérez-Llorca in 2023, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. He completed seats in the firm’s Corporate/M&A and Commercial Litigation/Arbitration practice areas. Prior to this, he worked in the Commercial Law and Commercial Litigation practice at two well-known prestigious Spanish firms for over a year.

He speaks Spanish and English and has knowledge of French.

Experience

Ignacio is currently a member of the Corporate/Real Estate team at Pérez-Llorca, where he provides comprehensive and personalised advice to domestic and international clients on commercial, contractual and corporate law matters, as well as on company and asset purchase and sale transactions.

Previously, Ignacio has contributed to the resolution of corporate disputes and the management of directors’ liabilities, optimising results for clients.
