Experience

Ignacio works in Pérez-Llorca’s Tax practice. His professional practice focuses on advising domestic and international companies on the tax aspects of sale and purchase transactions, corporate group restructurings, taxation of real estate transactions (portfolios of NPLs, EDAVs and SOCIMIs) and large assets, indirect taxes and international tax planning. In addition, he has extensive experience in arranging tax risk insurance in the context of M&A transactions, as well as advising companies on transfer pricing issues.
