Ignacio joined Pérez-Llorca in 2021. Prior to this, he worked in a well-known Spanish firm which subsequently became part of an international network.

Experience

Ignacio advises both domestic and international clients on different types of commercial transactions, fundamentally M&A and corporate restructurings (particularly groups of companies), on investment and disinvestment transactions, as well as on the creation of joint ventures.
