Isa joined Pérez-Llorca in 2025 as a lawyer in the Lisbon office’s Corporate/M&A practice.

In her professional career she has focused her work on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate governance and corporate law, advising clients in various sectors.

Studies:

• 2021 – Postgraduate Course in Corporate and M&A at the Universidade de Lisboa, Portugal.
• 2018 – Postgraduate Course in Company Law, Universidade de Lisboa, Portugal.
• 2014 – Master’s Degree in Forensic Law, in the Business area, Universidade Católica Portuguesa (teaching part completed).
• 2013 – Degree in Law, Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

She speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Experience

Prior to joining Pérez-Llorca, Isa was an associate in the Corporate and M&A department of one of the largest Portuguese law firms in Lisbon and previously worked as an associate in one of the largest Iberian law firms in Lisbon, also in the Corporate and M&A area.

Her professional activity has focused on M&A transactions, private equity investments and corporate reorganisations, as well as on corporate governance matters for national and multinational groups, private equity and institutional investors in the industrial, healthcare, real estate and infrastructure sectors.
