Isabel joined Pérez-Llorca in February 2025. She has experience in a domestic law firm, in the area of public law and in particular in the branches of administrative law, specialising in land planning and environmental law.
Studies:
- 2025 — Master’s degree in Regulated Sector Law, Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
- 2024 — Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession, Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNIR).
- 2023 — Degree in Law, Universitat de Barcelona.
She speaks Spanish, English and Catalan.
Experience
Isabel is a member of Pérez-Llorca’s Land Planning and Environment practice area, advising on the following matters, among others:
- Legal review (due diligence) in land planning and environmental matters, by analysing the legal and administrative situation of land and real estate assets (e.g. industrial and energy sector, commercial, residential, etc.) with a special focus on the regions of Catalonia and the Balearic Islands, as well as the adequacy of land planning licences and environmental permits/authorisations (works, activity, operation, AAI, EIA, etc.) and the viability of actions, extensions or modifications of facilities within the framework of transactions and investment projects.
- Drafting, reviewing and monitoring the processing of planning instruments and their modifications, land development management and execution.
- Analysis of the sectoral and environmental regulations applicable to different projects, including processing and obtaining integrated environmental authorisations, environmental impact assessments and dumping or waste management permits, etc., assessing their land planning and territorial compatibility.
- Advice on administrative and sanctioning procedures in land planning and environment matters, through preparing writs, administrative appeals and contentious-administrative appeals.
- Supporting the process to obtain licences, authorisations and responsible declarations for implementation, legalisation and development of industrial, energy, logistics, agri-food and residential projects, etc.
